Lifetime Physical Education

Lifetime Physical Education provides students with the opportunity to develop knowledge, skills, and the values of participating in group, individual, competitive and non-competitive physical activities. Promoting self-confidence and empowering students to take responsibility for making daily physical activity a priority will be a main focus of this class. Some of the activities included in this course include, but are not limited to, floor hockey, frisbee, fitness activities, disc golf, tennis, badminton, pickleball, archery and other alternative activity options for lifelong physical activity.
