All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.

Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet requirements and standards. Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

We accept payments online using "locally issued" Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards.

'Method of Payment' must include all the details related to payment such as Payment Method, Card Types accepted, Currency, etc.

(Website) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

  1. Registration fee of AED1000 is non-refundable.
  2. Book deposit is refundable once the student graduated or withdraw from ASD provided that all books and library obligations are fulfilled.
  3. Capital Fee is non-refundable
  4. Seat Reservation* (AED 10,000)
    For new students, once the seat has been offered, the seat reservation is non-refundable.
    For returning students, the seat reservation is non-refundable after the the deadline. Prior to the deadline, this is refundable if the family provides evidence of relocating to another country or emirates, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  5. Fees paid prior to the beginning of the academic year are refundable and only the Seat Reservation* and Registration fee will be deducted.
  6. Students enrolled for two weeks or less, a month's Tuition and Facility fees will not be refundable.
  7. Students enrolled for the period ranging between two weeks and one month, two month's Tuition and Facility fees will not refundable.
  8. Students enrolled for more than a month, the full term's Tuition and Facility fees will not be refundable.
  9. The refund policy is applicable per term.
  10. The refund will be calculated from the start of the term and the date of the official request by the parent stating the intent of withdrawal and not from the date when the student was absent. Being on the school registrar counts as days in school.
  11. The same refund policy applies if the start date is different from the start of the term.
  12. The amount to refund will be to whoever paid the fees that reflects on the receipt. If a parent or a company would like to endorse the refund, an official letter must be submitted to the Business Office.
  13. This supersedes any rules, regulations or practices which will be specifically contrary to or inconsistent with this policy.
  14. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
