AP Calculus AB/BC is an accelerated, comprehensive course that integrates the full content of both AP Calculus AB and AP Calculus BC into a single, yearlong sequence. Designed for highly motivated mathematics students, this course develops a deep understanding of differential and integral calculus and extends into advanced topics such as parametric, polar, and vector functions, as well as polynomial approximations and series. Because this course covers both the AB and BC curricula, students who successfully complete it earn two high school credits: one for AP Calculus AB and one for AP Calculus BC. Students will sit for the AP Calculus BC exam. The AP Calculus BC exam score includes an AP Calculus AB subscore reported by the College Board.
