Week Without Walls

Week Without Walls (WWW) is an annual service learning program for middle school students. Based on a solid curricular foundation, WWW extends students academic skills to authentic, real-life experiences occurring outside a traditional classroom. The WWW experience develops a greater understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity, different environments and international awareness.

Led by middle school faculty, students participate in a number of activities to promote cultural understanding, personal growth, life skills and service learning. Students participate in service learning activity that directly impact the communities they visit such as planting trees in Greece and Malaysia to building bio gas in Nepal and a community centre in Thailand.

In 2019 Middle School students traveled to:
Grade 6: Greece
Grade 7 and 8: Cambodia, Malaysia, Nepal, Tanzania, Thailand, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, UAE, Vietnam
